Book Kids?
• World Book Kids is an Encyclopedia website that
provides fast and reliable information on various
topics.
• It is a trusted source to conduct research for
school assignments
• World Book is also available in print format at the
Alsip Library.

3. How to access the website:
• Step 1: If you are at the library, use your library card number and pin to unlock a computer or use a guest pass
• Step 2: If you are at home or at the library: Go to the internet and type in alsiplibrary.info

• Step 3: Click on Kids then on Homework Help and More

• Step 4: Scroll down the webpage and click on World Book Encyclopedia

• Step 5: On the website it will ask you for a library card number and pin if you are
not using the website at the library.

•This is the homepage of the website. You can find information you need and other activities.

•Type in the topic or question you have in the search bar.
•Example: I want to learn more about alligators in the search bar I type: alligator facts
