East Side Gallery – An international memorial
of freedom. A 1.3km long segment of the Berlin
Wall that has hundreds of paintings by wellknown artists on the former East side.
Checkpoint Charlie – The most well-known
crossing point of the Berlin Wall during the
Cold War. There is now a museum next to the
old checkpoint.
