AKB48グループを例に
タイプA 渡辺麻友、宮脇咲良
• 王道かわいい系、運営からも推されている
• アイドルを演じきっている
• センターオーラをばんばん放出
タイプB 高橋みなみ、山本彩
• 「かわいい」より「カッコイイ」系
• 歌やダンスでは誰にも負けない
• リーダー適性◎、頼れるアネキ肌
タイプC 小嶋陽菜、柏木由紀
• モデル、グラビア系アイドル(年齢層高め)
• ルックスやスタイルに人一倍自信がある
• ドラマなど「女優的な仕事」に恵まれやすい
タイプD 指原莉乃
• バラエティ力、MC力に定評
• SNSでの発信力、握手会の対応力が高い
• ときには裏方として周囲のプロデュースに徹する

• ある程度「推し変」「お散歩」されるのは割り切ろう
• 虹コン全体のことを考えよう(全体が増えれば部分も増える)
• 自分を抑えてまわりを支えることもいとわない姿勢が大事
•それでも不安なら… ⇒ 僕が単推しになります!
他ファンを虹コンに取り込むには…
• 「握手で手を強く握る」「甘い言葉をかける」 etc…
⇒もちろん大事。けどみんなすでにやってる
•「平等」に「特別」であること

• 平等だけど特別感がない ⇒ いわゆる「塩対応」 ×
(ただし、塩対応でも他が優れていれば成功する例もあり)
• 特別感はあるけど平等じゃない ⇒ 特定のヲタクだけ贔屓 ×
(新規が増えない。いまいちメジャーになりきれないアイドルに多い)
• 「平等」に「特別」な対応
⇒ ひとりひとりのヲタクを「ひとりの人間」として誠実に対応する
3.虹コンとののたのこれから
パフォーマンスの向上
• イベント、学校、レッスンの両立
⇒ 難しいときは他を捨てて1つに集中!
• 体の調子が悪いときは無理をしない、焦らない
(無理をした結果、持病になってアイドルできなくなる子は多い)
「アンチ」が発生したら…
• アイドルグループの人気が高まると必ずアンチも発生する
• 基本的には「スルー」でOK、SNSを見過ぎない
• 「アンチは無料でグループの宣伝をしてくれるありがたい存在」

(ただし、使い方を間違えると諸刃の剣に)
