So what we’ve set out is that people need to lead with courageous integrity and that
they need to open, dependable and connected.
If we’re going to be leaders we do actually need to live by these values, both at a
personal level as well as at a professional level.
I would like people to view HSBC as a responsible institution that is aware of its role
in the community, that is conservative, that is a good and fair employer and that offers
a stable and attractive positive return to its shareholders.
