2. This is my three year anniversary
pin for working for, Old Navy
Canada. This is the longest time I
have ever worked in retail. I’m
very proud of my part-time job I
manage to obtain with being a
full-time student. I have learnt
many things at Old Navy,
hopefully skills that I can apply to
my future career. Working in
retail has opened my eyes to the
business world, and I can’t wait
to see what else is out there!
3. Graduating high school
was a very satisfying
accomplishment in my life.
At that moment very
moment, sitting waiting to
get my diploma, I knew
that this was the start to
my future.
4. During high school, I chose to I also chose to volunteer for the
volunteer for, Wexford Boys Soccer Wexford Heights Festival. At this
Club. At this time I got to assist the Festival, I was in charge of running
coach in training and accompany them one of the games. Volunteering for
to games. I organized the daily warm- this festival really gave me the
ups, drills and runs. Volunteering made experience of being in charge
me experience. without a supervisor.
5. I won this ‘Trustee Award
of Achievement’ in high
school. This award
symbolizes everything
that I accomplished in my
4 years. Which could be a
number of things, such as
completing volunteer
hours, honor roll and
graduating high school.
6. Unfortunately I couldn’t find my
acceptance letter to Centennial,
so I chose to picture the actual
school. I got accepted to a few
programs at Centennial, at first
my mind was set on social work.
Then after a year I switched to
law. Then I finally settled on
studying business! After this
long difficult decision, it felt
good to get accepted. I am the
first in my household to go to
College, and I look forward to
the excitement of graduation.
