FIRST AID & CPR

ANALYZETHE LEARNER
 My classroom is an 11th grade class with 22 total students. There are 15 girls and 7
boys. Two students in my classroom are deaf.They are all white.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
 My students will exhibit the proper way to perform CPR, use an AED, talk to an
emergency operator, help someone who is choking, and how to bandage various
wounds by watching and making their own videos, viewing power points, using
their cell phones, using iPads, and participating in hands-on activities by the end
of the week with 95 percent accuracy.
DAY BY DAY BREAKDOWN
 Monday – Learn how to perform CPR on a teen or adult
 Tuesday – Learn how to perform CPR on a child or infant
 Wednesday – Learn how to operate an AED and how to talk to an emergency
operator
 Thursday – take CPR certification test and learn how to help a victim that is
choking
 Friday – Learn how to bandage various types of wounds
