CDC Holdings Inc. is developing Riverpark Place, a residential project located near Ortigas Center in Mandaluyong City. The project will consist of two towers with studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units, as well as amenities such as swimming pools, function rooms, and coworking spaces. Construction is expected to begin in November 2022 and be completed by June 2024. The development has obtained the necessary licenses from the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board.

Together with our project management headed by
Engr. Art Carlos and JQ International headed by Mr.
Leo Lui, Riverpark Place construction contract
cleared concerns. JQ built many towers in Makati
like 2 hotels - Swiss Hotel and Somerset in Salcedo.
Target to reach first floor amenity level of Hudson
Tower by Nov. 30, 2022 and turn-over by June 2024.
