1. TORTURE IN AMERICA

For over 15 years, Kini Cosma has been wrongly scapegoated and
criminalized because she is a lesbian. The record of evidence and
substantial misconduct by U.S. officials reveal a decree has been issued
that she must be dependent on and service the filth of cowardly American
men. These unlawful tyrants are sitting in black robes in judgment of
women have taken part in the enactment of laws and decrees, the purposes
of which is to torture and abuse those who are vulnerable. Men who, in
executive positions are actively participating in the enforcement of these
laws under the guise that Kini, a single mother of two and a pet owner is an
“unlawful enemy combatant” and “terrorist”; U.S. Federal and state judges
who share responsibility for the most malignant, the most calculated
devastating crime in the history of women’s rights.
When you walk into a court of judicial terrorism, they have already made up their
minds. A political undesirable, Kini was gang raped of ALL constitutional and
human rights. She is being used as an internal toilet because she is suspected
of resistance. As a result, she has had to undergo a form of curative rape, a
weapon used to deal with a woman declared mentally incompetent and who has
been arrested secretly with no notice to friends or relatives, without any trial
whatsoever.
The use of such identity against her will is akin to seizing her liberty, making her
temporarily under the control of another, with the effect that she is no longer free,
and that she is in reality a slave.
Kini’s campaigns are being held up as treatment for ridicule and used as
mockery of everything whenever possible. This is so she will be subdued to
vulnerability, suggestion, and intimidation far beyond the boundaries of public
dissent. Coaching the community in government-organized systems of cruelty
and injustice really shows us that evil and hate can stay locked up in darkness
indefinitely because U.S. officials in their conscious participation are disguising
invective behavior of the communities as every day occurrences.

of isolation in a world of punks, police bullies and their lying informants,

with sexual physical assaults.

HELP STOP OFFICIALS OF THE U.S. CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR OWN SLAUGHTER BY:
1.violations of speedy rights to trial where time gives prosecutorial
misconduct and police misconduct a chance to incubate
2.jury pools poisoned and tampered with
3.informant/snitch and false witness testimony advance
4.manipulative tactics designed to coerce false confessions and coerced
guilty pleas regardless of the truth
5.detective and fraudulent science and debunked theories progress
6.misrepresented evidence, evidence tampering, ignored evidence, trickery
and deceit, reporting of inculpatory results from tests not conducted and
concealed exculpatory results
7.witness intimidation, knowingly presented perjured testimony
8.bad lawyering. So bad, it’s like not being represented at all. He/she doe
not meet with his client, does not understand facts, does not hire experts,
does not investigate, does not review discovery, does not subpoena or call
defense witnesses, does not effectively cross-examine state's witnesses,
does not object to objectionable arguments, does not argue motions or
closing statements effectively.
All of the above has happened to me. For over 15 years, I have tried to restore
my reputation because some cop found a “chrunched up piece of paper, a merry
Christmas balloon, a sea shell etc. insignificant items” over a period of time in
front of her home. For this, my life has been completely and utterly destroyed,
my children removed from my custody. As a result, today, I have one of the
worse human right violations in the history of women’s’ rights. I invite you to
