Weis & Associates has been working in the automotive
retail space for 20 years. Weis has conducted 3rd party
facility and process management assessments in
Canada for 13 years. We are now poised to expand our
business throughout North America.
Since 2012 we have developed and utilized a
comprehensive software data collection tool that allows
for the on-site aggregation of facility & process
information on behalf of our clients.

TEAM STRUCTURE
WEIS LEADERSHIP
MONTE WEIS
Monte founded WEIS & Associates in 1996. The company
was founded on the simple insight that automotive retail
facilities in Canada were under-serviced. From the start,
WEIS has been laser focused on automotive retail facilities.
WEIS & Associates integrates dealer principal goals with
brand and regulatory requirements to deliver superior
customer experience and ultimately, results.
WEIS & Associates now includes WEIS LGA Inc. (Architects),
WEIS SaaS Inc. and Monte Weis Real Estate Inc.
(Brokerage).

FIELD OPERATIONS LEAD:
J O H N H I L L
Our US Team Leader was most recently the COO of Bugatti
North and South America. Before Bugatti, John led network
development for VW of America. John is an automotive
professional and an expert in dealer relations and luxury
marketing.
John’s twin responsibilities are to structure the audit process
and to ensure Maserati dealers and dealer groups are
comfortable with the goals and intentions of auditing
operations in the network.

ST UART KARP
Stuart joined Audi of America in 1983 as a Management Trainee
and rose within the organization through sales and marketing
where he managed media budgets of $250MM to his final
position in VW as Region Director of the Mid West Region.
Since retiring from VW in 2011, Stuart has been a consulting with
a number of OEMs and large dealer groups on CPO, sales &
marketing, dealer network footprint, incentive programs and other
strategic initiatives.
