This is a proven, high performance and permanently improving welder. This product
can be used universally during installation because it is possible to change welding
guns very easily. Depending on the choice of component, all common welding ele-
ments can be chosen for the tip ignition process. A digital display and the integrated
microcontroller guarantees an easy to use system and proper control of all functions

Workmanship and assembling:
1. Bring the earth cable clamps directly onto the steel plate or the work table
2. Place insulation material onto the surface
3. Insert a welding stud into the magnetic head of the welding gun
4. Depending on the type of steel and thickness of the metal sheet,
calibrate the welding current and time accordingly
5. Press the stud so that it penetrates the insulation material and touches
the sheet steel before pressing the trigger

Maintenance:
Check regularly to see that all cables are connected. Metal particles and dirt act as
an obstruction against good contact. Clean the magnetic head of the gun regularly
with a hard brush.
