Appliance Wiring Material (AWM) is a
recognized component part of a UL listed
device. As well as internal wiring there
are actually more AWM styles for external
interconnection of electronic equipment
than internal.
Tray Cable is generally used for
installation in cable trays or raceways.
These cables are used for power, lighting,
control and signal circuits (NEC
information).
Serive cables are flexible, safe and
popular multiconductors available in
many varieties for indoor & outdoor
usage with industrial applications. UL 62
Flexible Cords and Cables are the UL
designation. Flexible Cord is not a
substitute for fixed wiring.
