6. VISION The populations around the Nyika TFCA benefit from a well preserved Nyika ecosystem which is strongly supported by the governments of the two countries, including local stakeholders, private investors and local communities who see the TFCA as a driver of local economic development.

7. MISSION To ensure biodiversity conservation and improve the local economy and livelihoods in the Nyika TFCA through modern and efficient management of the ecosystem and innovative approaches to local economic and social development.
