allows the City of St. Louis to consolidate many of their off-site offices into p
a new central office location near City Hall. The consolidation of these
offices will be a great benefit to the City since the close proximity of the r

 The original intent for this projects was to achieve LEED Certification.
Due to unforeseen cost associated with renovation, such as asbestos p
abatement & mechanical system replacement, the budget didn’t allow
for the project to officially be registered with the USGBC. However the r
project was still designed following the green principles outlined by the
LEED rating system. Listed below are some of the sustainable design o
