highest level license in private data management
Our shop system runs standard with a data
exchange interface for all common accounting
systems (1C, SAP):

eTraction provides all necessary documentation for
Russian tax accounting to our clients on a monthly
basis. Including all agent reports for inbounding,
stock keeping, outbounding, distribution and
returns, COD reports, and agent reports for
Russian Post, Call Center, etc.
Personal Data Protection is a highly regulated area
in Russian Ecommerce. Only very few institutions
possess the highest level license to manage
personal data in Russia.
eTraction, as part of the Otto Group, can offer such
a level 4 license to process personal data in order
management. Without such a license it is not
possible to manage for example customer returns,
as this requires management of customer passport
data.

Photo production may include:

eServices manages 2 fully equipped photo studios, but also works with external service providers. We offer object and
model shootings. Model shootings are of course a bit more cost extensive.

existing pictures. This service makes it possible
to use pictures with imperfect sizes,
backgrounds, etc. in the online store without
