Set the date and time of virtual/online visit
Ask the student to sent elogbook and draft final
report before the LI visit.
Get the Industry SV email from the student

2. Fill in the date and time into the same excel for
student name for LI Supervision.
Due date is by 29/8/2021 (Sunday)
Then, JKLI will generate visit letter.
Submit the visit letter and 2 link for google form (1.
industry SV assessment form dan 2. Industry
feedback)) to industry supervisor via email given by
student.

5. TASK DURING LI SUPERVISION
1. Record industrial training supervision sessions online.
2. Evaluate student presentations virtually/online. Scope student
training/work must be assessed based on the Rubric provided
3. Discussion with Industry Supervisor with students regarding
activities that students do (including problems as well as
opportunities for collaboration with the company)
4. Provide e-certificate to the Industry Supervisor on behalf of LI
company (Share during the discussion and email later on to
the industry SV)
5. Ask the permission to discuss with the student only
6. Discussion with students regarding the suitability of the LI place concerned
and the task/work performed.

7. Give comment on elogbook and draft final report (to improve)
8. Collect 2 forms from student LI
Complex Engineering Problem (CEP) Form
Industrial Training Supervision Visit Survey Report UTHM (discuss with
students).
Please make sure Student have completed fill in the form
7. TASK AFTER LI SUPERVISION
1. Send the marks of LI students according via google
form (DUE 1 week after LI supervision) (based on
draft report)
2. Upload the following document (link will be given):
a) Link to the recording of the Industrial Training
supervision session.
b) Proof (screen shoot only) of filling in the Industrial
Training Visit Confirmation Report Students (PKKA
google form) (1 company = 1 google form)
c) CEP form
d) Faculty Supervisor checklist
