• No sandals or flip-flops
• Like the way you look!
Digital Media Policies
• The use of the following are prohibited while
on duty:
– Headphones
– Facebook/Twitter/Etc.
– Skype/Oovoo/FaceTime/Etc.
– Cellphones
Miscellaneous Policies
• Employees only behind the desk
• DO NOT spend your shift in McKinney’s
• First order of business is to check the
clipboard and set-up binder
Staff Communication
• Emails
– Number 1 form of communication
• Phone Calls
– Only for urgent messages
• Staff Meetings
– Occur once per month
• Use ALL supervisors, not just one
