Synagogue Buffault-(across from our hotel)The synagogue on rue Buffault 28-30 opened in 1877. Next to the
synagogue is a memorial plaque dedicated to the 12,000 Jewish Parisian children deported to Auschwitz. At
this particular site, I read a plaque that said that 600 children were rounded up from school.

occupation of the Netherlands. She led the Netherlands
in exile and sent out radio messages to her people to
resist. Her image was considered an act of rebellion by
the Germans.

25. Educational Ruminations?
Ultimately, research methodologies
demonstrated in Maastricht and Brussels
emphasized that there are many ways to lead
and many ways to empower schools to be
successful.

26. Some methods are more strategic and
some are more creationist in nature. But
all are driven by leaders and the best
leaders have a vision, are able to
sacrifice, and create hope to do better in
providing a better product for students
and families and ultimately the world.
