professionalism. She completed her graduation from UCLA
and after that, she enrolled at NYU College of Dentistry
where she received her DDS. Dr. Haque completed a
hospital based general practice residency from LAC+USC
Healthcare Network.

rehabilitation and full mouth reconstruction. She worked as
the Director of Dental Services at St. John's, and provided
training to interns and residents from Children's Hospital of
LA. She became Chief of Dental Services at LAC+USC in
2001, and served as an Associate Professor of Dentistry.
She has published a great number of articles which were
served on the Oral Health task force. She is an active
member of the American Dental Association, California
Dental Association, and The Southern California Oral
Pathology Association. She is also a member of the
LAC+USC Attending Staff.
