2. Our Company
 Marra Air Conditioning Services, Inc. was founded in 1992.
Owner Ernie Romano has repaired PTAC units for over 29
years. We service hotels, motels, healthcare centers, assisted
living facilities and apartment/condominium complexes
nationwide. We also service properties managed by Interstate
Hotels, Blackstone Realty and Buena Vista Hospitality.
 We look forward to hearing from you and will strive to provide
you with excellent customer service, as customer service is
our number one concern. References will be provided gladly

3. Repairs and Warranty
 Marra Air can pick up, repair and deliver in the greater Florida area from Miami to
Jacksonville. We are a factory-authorized service center for Carrier, Amana, Friedrich,
Cold Point, and First Co. air conditioning units, and can repair any make or model of
PTAC or VTAC equipment.
 We schedule pick-ups for customers who need AC repairs and diagnose the unit at our
shop. Upon return of the equipment the customer will be billed for repairs, tax and a
small delivery fee. If the customer chooses not to repair the equipment, you will not be
charged for the initial pickup.
 Marra Air Conditioning also sells Rebuilt PTAC units. The equipment is priced with either
a 90-day exchange/repair warranty or a one-year exchange/repair warranty; it is the
customer's choice.
 To ensure you receive a working unit, we test all working components after a repair is
complete and again the day your unit goes out the door and back to your business. We
also warranty the repair for 90 days from date of service.
