Examples include:
Preparing for a project - what needs to be done?
What artifacts should be created?
BA communication - with the project team, and
with the stakeholders.
How is peer review carried out, and when? Who is
involved?

While templates are useful for defining a
“look and feel”, the BA should still be
able to modify it as necessary to suit the
situation.
Often, a checklist that describes the
content required in artefact is a good
idea.
