1. Mariana is an Industrial Designer especialized in set
design, she is recently graduated from university
and now faces the challenge of creating her own
company. She dreams on having a company in
which there is a team of creative people working on
different areas but focus on one goal: Creating
worlds.
She finds it very difficult to start, because she has
no experience in this field and thereby, no trust
from producers.
She needs to make clients feel confident of her work, even
when she doesn't have experience on this field. Create a
brand recognizable for film and theater producers.
She wants to make possible that the looks of a film or play, is in
charge of a company it self and not just in one independent
designer. Film producers must hired different people: decorators,
fashion designers, makeup artists, etc; Mariana wants to bring
them together in one company that offers the entire service.

Mariana is focused on capture
talented people who wants to make
part of this team. She believes, work-
ing together is faster and mostly
easier to be seen for producers and
the industry in general.
But she is concious that it also
means more hard work and dedica-
tion.
Creating a magnet for creatives
where they really exploited the
qualities of each and operate as
training school for the less experi-
enced. In this way new talent is
not lost in a sea of people looking
for an opportunity, and producers
can find new and different offers.
