Automated remote operation of the plant
Fagor Ederlan group, is a group with international presence,
dedicated to providing innovative solutions to administrations
and the private sector, developing its activity through an
existing structure in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Immerse in the water sector, Fagor Ederlan group extends its
bet with a new project in the field of water treatment and
regeneration, adding its offer to the already existing Fagor
Edergarden brand.
The basis of its success lies in the qualified staff, lean production
lines, experience in the machine-tool manufacture and, mainly,
in the sum of capabilities and alliances from partners that add
themselves to the development project to launch a new global
activity in the water sector, based on the strategic value of
the resource, intrinsic to human activity and the cooperative
nature of the Mondragon Group, in which the philosophy of
cooperation is reflected in the human management of each
project.

Compact WWTP, MBR technology
The MBR compact wastewater treatment plant
is a versatile and modular machine, mobile,
hermetic and without impact, which integrates
ALL the necessary equipment for its operation,
without the need for civil works or
complementary elements. It is only necessary
the hydraulic and electrical connection in order
to proceed to its operation.
Its design combines aesthetics, functionality, and ease of maintenance. Equipment
in dry chamber protected against the weather and removable components for
repair or replacement.
Tested in production line. Free of commissioning problems associated with
leaks and malfunctions of faulty equipment. The plant has status of MACHINE
with CE marking.
Ideal for small isolated villages, residential estates, campsites and turistic Resorts,
as well as for warehouses, agri-food industry and, in general, in industries with
effluents with high organic loads.

necessary the hydraulic and electrical connection in order

The influent is sieved and the residue led to a container
inside the plant for later disposal to Landfill.

The clean water is stored for later reuse.
The generated sludge, already digested, are stored in the
sludge tank for later removal.
