4. A film treatment is a piece of writing that
sets out the events of a film, it is a bit like
a synopsis. It is written in the present
tense and is produced before the script or
screenplay and thus includes no dialogue.
• Treatments are written in Courier New 12pt
• New characters are capitalised
• Each scene is represented in a single paragraph

6. You must produce a film treatment for your
trailer by 4th February .Your treatment must also
have elements of the time line merged into it , so it
must include the timings of each scene/ shot on the
left-hand side.
