The fishing is the capture and extraction of
his natural way of the fish or other aquatic
species.
In our council there is a called asocicion the
maravallu who devotes itself to the
protection of the dun trout.
Hunting
The hunt is a sport that consists of killing an
animal with a weapon an.
In Asturias there is many interest since the
mounts estan replete with deer and jabalies which
never die in season of hunt but estingue the
speciesd of taking it, to come even the animas
dogs are used.
Asturian bowling
Sport ne which throws a ball and his
purpose is to knock down the skittles.
The skittles it is a typical sport of we
council, we have public bowling alleys and
clubs which do tilts.
Geography
Aller is a municipality in the Autonomous
Community of Asturias. Crossed by the river of the
same name, is part along with Lena and Mieres of the
mining flow. The main industry is coal mining.
Upriver is Cabañaquinta, the capital of the council.

Among the natural attractions with the region are the
ravines of the Pino and Aller rivers, huge gorges
carved into the foot of the mountains. The
municipality also offers a wide variety of routes that
follow the paths of the traditional herdsmen from the

party where you
can buy and sell
cattel.
San Martín
San Martín is the
biggest festival of the
council of Aller, people
dress as formerly,
there are parades and
people dance and sing
in the street. In this
festival, we eat
Asturian bean stew
and drik Sidra.
Fabada
The fabada is made with beans, sausage and blood
sausage.
PANCHON
This is made with scanda bread, butter and sugar.
This is a tipical dessert for San Martín festivities.
SIDRA
The sidra is a most
famous drink of asturias.
This is made with apples
and takes a long time of
fermentation.
It needs to be
“escanciado” to be able
for drinking.
MENESTRA
• It’s a revolve of meat and
vegetables, like potatoes, green
peas, asparagus, carrot, beans
and beef.
POLLU CALEYA
• This is a dish formed for rice and “caleya”
chiken. The “caleya” chiken is different of the
usual chicken beaucause it grow up in outdoor
and his meat is most hard and tasty than the
normal chicken.
CORDERU A LA ESTACA
• This is a lamb in a sitick and it’s cooked in a big
and controlled bonfire
FRIXUELOS
This is a tipical dessert for carnival. Of the golbal carnival.
It is made with milk, flour, eggs, suggar, oil and salt.
We eat this dessert doing rolls.
CASADIELLES
It is the most known dessert from Asturias.
His filling is usually made with hazelnuts or nuts. But, it can be made with flan.
