2. Drenatech® is the innovative outdoor flooring system which allows 100%
permeability and drainage. Thanks to its special composition, Drenatech®
allows water to flow naturally into the ground and prevents the dangerous
effects of hydroplaning caused by water remaining on the flooring surface.
Drenatech®’s high level of permeability makes it one of very few pavement
materials which does not impede the natural cycle of evaporation and
penetration of water into the atmosphere and earth. When combined with an
impermeable foundation (cement, bitumen, artificial sheathing), Drenatech®
guarantees immediate drainage, allowing rainwater to be channelled towards
appropriate collection and treatment points before eventually draining into the
ground, as required in the current standards on rainwater treatment.

The nature of its main component, stone, makes Drenatech® a highly
resistant flooring, which will even withstand ‘heavy weights’, without changing
over time*. Rigorous tests have proven that Drenatech® has a high degree of
resistance similar to that of bitumin or other high quality stone flooring, with
high performance capability protection against acid, sea mist and spray, oils
and hydrocarbon solutions *. The high porosity of the product reacts well
with continuous thermal exchange (freezing and thawing),
making Drenatech® a product which is resistant to low temperatures and in
addition does not accumulate excessive heat at high temperatures.
Drenatech® is non-slip even on wet surfaces, both for pedestrian and
vehicles.

materials, differing in size, shape (pebble - granules) and chromatic range. It
is also possible to use local materials in order to guarantee respect of the
natural equilibrium*.
Drenatech® is laid “cold”, therefore it has higher guarantees in terms of safety
for the user, whilst also providing the possibility of bringing to life even
complex graphic representations easily and quickly, thus conveying a refined
and elegant final image. Drenatech® technology can be used in creating
pedestrian or bicycle flooring and in areas with high volume vehicle use
(roads, car parks, etc).

Drenatech® stems from a mixture of three elements (two with light white
colours), all of which, once combined in the correct proportions, generate a
"real stone aggregate" flooring without releasing harmful substances into the
environment. The product is compatible for use in protected environmental
settings and those of natural beauty (green areas, Site of Community
Importance-SCI, Special Area of Conservation-SAC, Important Bird Area-IBA,
controlled traffic zones, restricted parking zones, etc.).

Drenatech® is not only a mix of three basic products.

Drenatech® Primer H2O, a two-component permeable to vapour primer in a
water based emulsion, suitable for both absorbent and non-absorbent base
layer preparation

Through constant R&D of the Drenatech® line, Drenatech® SP has been created.
Drenatech® SP is a binder which when mixed with water and selected aggregates
creates flooring with high permeability.
Ideal as a finished product and also when used as a base for Drenatech®
Thanks to Drenatech® SP, it is possible to carry out subsequent laying of
Drenatech® even in situations where the laying of Drenatech® is deemed to be
impossible or too expensive.

N.B for large surfaces, we recommend to lay Drenatech® with a specific machine and use a
