3. Did you study English in another college/university
beforeenrolling at UNAD?
Yes, I studied English at Meyer Institute approximately 15
years ago, after I studied at Virtual SENA, I did some
grammar levels; finally I began my studies at UNAD.

4. How long have you beenlearning English? Why?
As I had already said, I have been studying English for
about 15 years ago, of course, leaving behind my school
years where I only learned the verbs and not all. These
studies have not been constants or continuous, because
economic problems or lack of time.
What skills or abilities do you want to improve in this
language course?
I think that my skills more weak are the speaking and
listening; still I have problems of security also the limited
vocabulary, these affect my communication skills; for that
I hope that this course help me to improve.

5. Which production skill (writing – speaking) do you find
the most difficult?
Definitely for me, always have been the speaking, I don´t
like talk in public less in a language that I don't mastered
yet; since child I have felt more comfortable writing than
speaking.
Whichdoyou thinkaretheadvantagesanddisadvantagesof
learningEnglishonline?
The major advantage for me is the time; I can study in
anytime that I have free, without being subject to a
schedule; also I can use many technological tools to
overcome language difficulties; besides without neglecting
my other responsibilities.
The disadvantages, maybe not having an adequate
communication with tutors and/ or peers, sometimes
because commitment lack or careless.

6. What would youproposeto make the English program
better?
I propose a clear, timely and accurate communication; a
constant feedback during the creation process and
development of activities; make activities that help us
strengthen our communication skills based on individual
effort without relying so much of the work of others.
