These are instructions for Round 2 of the InGenious event.

1. InGenious – Round 2 - Instructions
1. Click on the link – ingenious.aktivlearn.com
2. Enter your login id and password
3. The pathway indicates your progress at Ingenious 2016
4. Click on Round 2 and you can access the AktivCase platform
5. The case study is available for you to work on
6. At the end of the case there are specific questions that require your solution
7. Under the tools of Analysis you have the following heads
a. Introduction: Use this to summarize the case and highlight the issues. You can also use
this header to put down any assumptions that you are making for the case
b. Answer: Give a crisp summary of the 4 solutions to the issues given (Bullet points)
c. Business Models: There are 10 tools available for you to analyze your case. You can use
any no. of tools to come up with a solution
d. Conclusion: Sum up your entire solution by providing recommendations
8. If you want to input some additional data that can be done via a 3 slide presentation. You are
not allowed to exceed the no. of slides
9. You have to make a 3 minute video of your team presenting the case. The rules for the video
presentation are as follows
a. One or multiple members of the team can present the solution
b. The narrative in the video must be in accordance to models used
c. Keep the flow in the following way:
i. Introduce your name and team name
ii. Start with a heading as to what part are you going to be talking about (For
example, Introduction or SWOT analysis or Slide 1)
iii. Conclude your narrative with the “Conclusion” part giving your
recommendations
d. Please ensure that the images are crisp and the audio is clear when you upload the
video
e. Please edit the video crisply so that it has a flow and the timeline is adhered to
10. Your evaluation parameters are as follows:
1 Issue Summarization
2 Depth of Situational Analysis
3 Proposed Solution Depth
4 Viability of Recommendations
5 Presentation
