Moto: All world like one family
Moto: How can there be peace without people understanding each other, and how can this be if they
don 稚 know each other? And how can they know each other if they never met? (Lester B. Pearson
during his acceptance speech of Nobel Peace Prize in 1957)
Idea Twinschools - to twin all the schools and universities in the world (0.7-2 million secondary schools)
What would Twinschools do?
Example 1 - A project involving Swedish, American and Nigerian school to provide something for
Nigerian school and fundraise its students visit to Sweden.
Example 2 French students collect second handed bikes in their city and send it to Bangladesh school.
Example 3 Russian and Austrian school make a joint 1 year history project
Example 4 All schools combine to do 滴 onk if you are happy day?”
Example 5 100 schools combine to make a movie or student international TV station, which would have
weekly youtube post about what is happening in different schools in the world
And that is just the beginning as when students grow older and become adults they can start much
bigger projects changing the world for the better
Later it can be extended to twinning separate classes, twin towns/sister cities (since 1947), villages,
other organizations

3 key questions:
1.Why is it important?
First, it will create a sence of community. Swedish and Nigerian children who will be twinned from the
age of 10 and will do projects together for 8 years and visit each other couple times will stay friends
forever.
Second, potential of current day technology is still very underutilized in this sense. Technology and
massive volunteer projects still have not reached their potential.
Third, something like this will be done. So better it fall into good hands.
2.What is the scope of this project?
Much more than we can imagine. Same like Art of Living 35 years ago.
Imagine1 2 million schools organize 滴 onk if you are happy dayall over the world
Imagine2 10.000 students make a Hollywood level movie about frienship, goodness etc.
Imagine3 20 years later, already adults do something really big on environment, poverty, education etc.
3.How can this be done and how it would look like structurally?
Two key components:
a. Volunteer energy and enthusiasm eventually each school will have their own volunteer team, which
will be able to be used for many tasks online (Slogan 泥 onate Your Time goal to fundraise the maximum
amount of volunteer ours every week will start from 10 hours a week, later will reach 100, 1000, 1
million...)
b. Management/leadership structural and slightly corporate (goal is to manage these volunteer ours in
the most efficient way and to ensure the growth of hours donated; how this can be done? - by creating
structure and teams/departments IT, creative, HR/volunteer management, fundraising, Public Relations
etc. - effectivelly it will be like a corporation run by mainly volunteer ours, but highly effective).
Endnote 1: US 30-100k schools, 1 for 3 to 10 thousand people, 5k colleges;
England - 3k secondary schools and 3 million students, 1 schoool for 15k people,
