Dear Jeff Kiney,
I would first like to say, I love your book sires "Diary of a Whimpy Kid". I
especially liked "The Ugly Truth", because it was the funniest book out of all of them. I enjoy all
of these books the most because I can relate my life to the main character's life, Greg Hefly.
I have had some connections to myself and my family. For example, Greg's mother is
embarrassing, and she dances in public. My mom tries to dance with me when she hears her
favorite song in public. Or how Greg likes to play Twisted Wizard, I like to play video games
too. We both don't like going to school as well.
I also have some questions. Like what made you write this book? And what was your
inspiration? What made you think of these hilarious characters? Also, did you base this book on
your childhood, or did you make it up? Thank you for writing this book, I really enjoyed them!
