ABSTRACT
The concept of entrepreneur has long been discussed and understood in various ways. Even today there is no
sympathy for what does this term exactly means and who is an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs are not always born and
thus, people can be fostered on training to become an entrepreneur. Growth of Entrepreneur requires a proper setting

environment. Even the Indian context, job creation and economic development, strategic adjustment and realignment
as well deregulation and the privatization of the public utility and state-owns enterprise suggestions by Gibb (1996)
are a valid reason for paying attention to Entrepreneur. Further, the norms increase in the opening has taken place
because of the steady but drastic changes in the economic policy during the 1900s that were followed by operating up
of the economy for foreign direct investments. The positive shift is obvious from the Republic day speech of President
Abdul Kalam (2004) Starting that “The combination of entrepreneur, education and school and collages, the hassle-
free flow of venue capital and evolution of good market will give an impulse for the national growth"
