October.Urriko Azken
Astelehena means “The last
Monday of October”.

3. Typical food and drink
of that day:
The typical food of that day is the Talos.Many
people eat Talos because is very nice.Talos is a
mass made with flour and we usually put chorizo in
it.
The typical drink is the Apple Sidra.Its very
delicious!Some Sidra’s have alcohol but other don’t
have.

4. THE BEST WAY TO
SERVE SIDRA:
1. First you have to put the Sidra bottle as far as
possible you can with your hand.
2. Then you have to put in your other hand a glass.
3. You have to throw the Sidra into the glass
slowy.
And that is how you serve a Sidra!

sell:
People sell all types of
food.In that day the most
sold thing is the
Cheese.Cheese is very
expensive.
The brand more expensive of
cheese is the Idiazabal
Cheese

At morning,people go out
to drink something.

Talos outside.
At night,young people go
to the concerts that are in
Pasileku.
