How the story begin!




     CSMs opened IT helpdesk Incidents ask for full report for which devices have
      automation flag and wait timer.

What is Supervision reporting service
 Its reporting service for customers that have supervision service with OBS
 The reports include Detail and Summary Report, Crosstab Report, Flash and
  JavaScript Charting.
 Can be accessed from MSS/WebVision

Benefits
 New service offered to CSM or external customer to
  facilitate global view of supervision devices managed by
  OBS
 Collect data from REFA, REFO, AME, CLARIFY and GINI to
  build integrated reports.
 Depends on Business Intelligent methodology.
 Reports will show Customer’s devices list which have
  automation and wait timer including interfaces and sub
  interfaces.

Benefits
 Customer will be able to have logical connection and report
  between device alarm and clarify case.
 Building statistics reports, Trend analysis, Histograms, and
  Pareto charts for Alarms and cases based on business
  needs.
 The reports will indicate the most faulty and unstable
  devices. so the customer/CSM can take action.

Reports and charts examples
 Alarms statistics for each customer, showed per device / region.
 What are most stable routers which have less alarms.
 Report Number of clarify cases opened per router.
 What routers for the customer that have automation/waiting timer service and
  what devices not have automation.
 Total clarify cases per month for a customer, divided per region / device
 All reports include highest/lowest and average and all developed in animated
  flash.

Reports and charts for Clarify Cases
 Daily collection for CASES created in clarify with user AME.
 Create report per customer for all cases created for devices.
 Create different intelligent reports that include maximum cases per devices ,
  minimum cases per devices , average cases per devices.

Link cases with alarms reports
 Link reports to create reports of cases created per AME alarm.
 Create different intelligent reports that include maximum cases per alarm ,
  minimum cases per alarm, average cases per alarm.
