Its reporting service for customers that have supervision service with OBS
The reports include Detail and Summary Report, Crosstab Report, Flash and
JavaScript Charting.
Can be accessed from MSS/WebVision

OBS
Collect data from REFA, REFO, AME, CLARIFY and GINI to
build integrated reports.
Depends on Business Intelligent methodology.
Reports will show Customer’s devices list which have
automation and wait timer including interfaces and sub
interfaces.

Building statistics reports, Trend analysis, Histograms, and
Pareto charts for Alarms and cases based on business
