In class we were told to make a PowerPoint about whatever was important to us. It wasn't hard to figure out who mine would be about.
We ain't never had a friend like you
3. “… I know … not just my world, but the
entire world is forever a little darker,
less colorful and less full of laughter in
his absence. We’ll just have to work
twice as hard to fill it back up again.”

16. “You -- you alone will have the stars as no one else has them.
... In one of the stars I shall be living. In one of them I shall be
laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing,
when you look at the sky at night. ... You -- only you -- will have
stars that can laugh,
I love you. I miss you. I'll try to keep looking up.“

18. Robin Williams was important. He still is. He always will be.
He’s one of those people that maybe you wouldn’t
necessarily think about every day, or even every month, but
then suddenly he was there and it didn’t matter what he
was saying or doing you’re just happy to see him. Whether
his role was serious or light hearted you just couldn’t help
but get excited.
He’s entertained more than one generation, from Happy
Days to Happy Feet. A lot of people have grown up
knowing him. For most of us he’s almost another member
of the family. He’s made us laugh, and cry, but mostly
laugh. He had a gift. A talent that the world was lucky to be
graced with.
I’m sad he’s gone, but I’m so happy he was here.
19. "You know, as we come to the end of this phase of our life,
we find ourselves trying to remember the good times and
trying to forget the bad times, and we find ourselves
thinking about the future. We start to worry , thinking, "What
am I gonna do? Where am I gonna be in ten years?" But I
say to you, "Hey, look at me!" Please, don’t worry so much.
Because in the end, none of us have very long on this
Earth. Life is fleeting. And if you’re ever distressed, cast
your eyes to the summer sky when the stars are strung
across the velvety night. And when a shooting star streaks
through the blackness, turning night into day… make a
wish and think of me. Make your life spectacular. I know I
did. I made it, Mom. I’m a grown up."
~Robin Williams
