THE THREE C's OF ENGAGEMENT
1. CURATE CONTENT
At least 50% of your content should be
from other sources. Share blog posts,
news items, programs, workshops and
retweet others. Don't just talk about you!
2. CREATE CONVERSATIONS
Pose potentially controversial items
as a question if you don't want to take
a stance. Reply to users often. Thank
them for sharing, congratulate, ask for
more information.
3. CONNECT COLLEAGUES
Introduce like-minded users to each
other. Bring new people into the
conversation to stimulate growth.
