Perform Daily inspections
Truck serviced every 13,000 to 15,000 miles
Keep track and transfer next service dates from the fuel log

Complete the Vehicle Maintenance form and turn in with time card,
stored next to time clock
Repair will be made when serviced
If repair would cause an out of service notify dispatch immediately.
Put your name on the repair card and be specific (i.e.
Location of repair) so mechanics don’t waste time

- Every load needs a bill of lading.
- When a load has no bill of lading, make one.
- Turn in paperwork every night
(Late paperwork causes late payroll, no bill of lading
May result in no pay)
