KINDNESS VIDEO
 Deep breathing can affect students in many positive ways.
According to info-graphic 1, deep breathing helps lower
feelings of anxiety and depression while raising happiness
levels and improving sleep. Knowing this, if students regularly
do controlled breathing exercises, the mood at school will
improve and grades will rise school wide. Finally, controlled
breathing will dramatically decrease bullying in our school,
which we have been trying to fight for years yet it still shows
up.
WRITING RESPONSE
 Breathing is a good way to reduce stress and anxiety that can
come with taking a test or even preparing for a test. Taking
full deep breaths can help you calm down and focus on the
task at hand without getting overwhelmed. Taking deep
breaths helps the brain function better and allows you to
understand things more fully. deep breathing can help
students that get focused on one thing and get to stressed to
continue. It doesn't have to take a long time. To calm down it
could just take a few seconds and breath deeply.
