10. Now Let’s Educate Our Filipino Christian Community!!!
What Is A Cooperative? As per CDA definition:
A cooperative is a duly registered association of persons
with a common bond of interest, who have voluntarily
joined together to achieve a lawful common social or
economic end, making equitable to contribution to the
capital required and accepting a fair share of the risks
and benefits of the undertaking in accordance with
universally accepted cooperative principle.

Pentecostals ??? Where are we?
13. PURPOSEs:
1..
Maging financially stable ang bawat members ng
Christian community local man o national o
pamilya at kani-kaniyang ministry ginagampanan
productive.
14. 2.
People Empowerment. Mapakinabangan ng bawat
Christian entrepreneurs o ng bawat mamamayan
na magiging members ang malaking benipisyo ng
Kooperatiba sa ating gobyerno. Pakinabang sa
kanyang socio-economic life, pag-angat ng quality
of life, at advantage for Mission ng Cooperatiba sa
pamamagitan ng transformational programs na
itataguyod ng Kooperatiba sa bawat magiging
members
15. 3. Financial Intelligence – the science of making money.
“ Knowing the difference between assets and liabilities | understanding cashflow|!
Balanced Sheet is imbalanced..
2 out 0f 10 Filipino saves – worst scenario…and at times these 2 savers use to
“dipping into savings”
Income minus Tithes – Expense = Savings XXX !!!
BUT Income minus Tithes minus Savings = Expense
16. 4.
Pilipinong kooperatiba.
17. THEREFORE, sa unang taon ng ating existence, inde
tayo magpapautang, tayo ay mag-nenegosyo!!! ... We
will Create Money first, before we Borrow Money.
Prov 24:27 -Prepare yourself outside, get everything
ready.. before you build your house...
The BOD| Management staff | Chairman of
Committees will GO and mobilize your share caps
, husbanding, chanelling and diversifying the coop's
assets into productive investments for growth results.
However, my plan B is this: Should there be funds coming from government
Banks, big cooperative lending institutions and be approved, that funds will be
the source of our borrowing or micro-financing program integrated into our
Cooperative long-term goals. Portions will be allocated to the missions, ministry
and transformational program of the coop such as Kaagapay , where pastors and
their families shall be benefited through medical insurance or hospitalizations
Almost Free including Philhealth insurance subsidy.
18. 5.
At kung ikaw ay pastor, the COOP will give
you an honor ... The “Kaagapay Program” will
Support YOU.
1 Timothy 5:17, "Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of
double honor, especially they who labor in the word and
doctrine".
19. II. GOALS / OBJECTIVE: ( matatalakay sa Economic Survey )
a. Ang pagtatag ng Kooperatiba
ay tutulong sa mga members na
economically-poor to acquire loans , invest
savings, earn yearly dividend as income -
likas sa isang Pilipino Kooperatiba, help
establish and own business, enjoy benefits
, etc.
20. b. Ang Coop na maitatatag ay may
pangunahing business na itatayo tulad ng
mini-grocery stores, micro-businesses like
coffee vending machines, sari-sari store
, market vendors lending, computer center
etc. may minimal investment lang pero less
maintenance at walang hardworks, no
employees and income is long-lasting. may
FS tayo jan sa mga yan.
We call this “ DIVERSIFY” …
( ang member ng COOP ay discounted sa
Computer shop , free services like
massage, free coffee, free BP, free legal
counselling on-site, order goods on-site, etc.
21. c. Ang totoo, pede namang tayo maki member
nalamang sa existing cooperatives sa ating syudad, My
answer is NO, we need to use this Cooperative as an avenue
to viral the gospel and disciple the community, create a
change and transformational impact to our community. This
COOP willwas founded by pastoral community and one of
its missions is to honor all pastors and their families as
stated in Kaagapay program.
22. d. Aking tatalakayin
ang Kaagapay program once na
approved ang Coop ng CDA.
But to boost the moral of the members, our “Kaagapay” will usher
Us through an inhouse family insurance, death, hospitalization,
Disabilities, maternity, etc.
23. II. PROCEDURES:
a. Itatatag ito ayun sa
provision na nakasaad sa CDA
24. b. Kasalukuyang pina- process ang
docs. Hopefully, ito ay maaprove ng January.
25. c. Tayo ay may sapat na kakayanan
para magtagumpay dahil isa na tayong
community sa ating simbahan, madali at maagap
nating maitataguyod ito, madami network ng
christians ang nais sumama or sumasama dito
dahil ang Christian Cooperative ay may
Christian touch ang opisina at day-to-day
operation nito, makikinabang una na ang mga
pastor at kapamilya nito, maging ang kanyang
mga meimbro.
26. d. Bakit Consumer Cooperative ang aking suggestion? Sapakat
pede tayong mag business ( sari-sari store, coffee vending
machines, market vendors lending, etc ) or mag Micro-financing sa
mga members ( lending goods ) . Ito ay isa sa aking expertise na
pede kong maitulong sa kooperatiba at bawat kasapi nito. Pedeng
financing ng isang cooperatiba, o any cooperative financing
institutions or any grants / donations at may maasyos po tayong
Feasibility Studies dito.
members nito. Kaya pag kumita ang Coop after
a year, lahat ng income ng COOP ay paghahati-
hatian ng bawat members accordingly. Kumita
at mabilis ang paglago - we need to be locally and globally
competitive, via a website that will cater christians locally and
globally, they can register online, save online, borrow online using
the Coop’s bank account and membership can be done online.
Transactions can be off-line or on-line. Mablis ang growth kasi
pedeng online registration / transaction. Kasalukuyang gumagawa
accounting system ay online and off-line using the power of Google
Docs. Updates and day-to-day operation can be visible
online, updates, via e-mail, contact phones, fax, FB and blogs.
Interview on membership can be done online, credit investigation
and updates can be done online and real-time. We will create a Fan
page, tweets integrated into the website, free legal counselling
online, virtual membership, online promotion via SEO, we will
position the website on the 1st page and top 1 of Google for more
visibility and rapid growth.
29. POINTERS sa isang Kooperatiba: ( Isasama sa By Laws )
groups, busines meetings, banking transactions on a

sari-sari store pansamantala. The store’s market are those
members of cooperative and the public .

withdrawable anytime at isang savings na non-withdrawable through micro-
financing at isang term deposits na pedeng mag earn ng 5-8% per month but
the minimum should ne 5K. The commercial bank’s interest sa term deposits
ay ranging from 3-5% per month. This non-withdrawable savings are
mobilized for coop businesses and can earn interest more than the bank’s
interest rate.
Take Note: Under the Cooperative Code of 2008 R.A. 9520, the deposits from
members of the cooperative is not subject to the 20% withholding tax.
33. 5. Ang Cooperative ay hindi saklaw ng
Central Bank, SEC at DTI. Tayo po ay hawak
lamang ng Cooperative Development Authority
o CDA.
34. 6. Ang konsepto ng cooperatiba ay
pagtutulungan, cooperasyon, pakikisama, the
35. 7. Libreng serbisyo medical like BP, free
legal counselling, casual massage, free
cofee, discounted on computer shops, etc. Ito ay
ilan lamang projection na pedeng ipatupad ng
ating prospective cooperative. libreng scholar
grant sa indigent studes, relief operation
, feeding programs, cell group planting, at
samang fellowship at community services since this is a
Christian Cooperative, may transformational or value formation
Disaster Training and Operation. Ang Values Formation Council ng
