This document provides instructions for making a simple mini-book called "Where is it?" with children. The instructions are to cut out a rectangle from paper, fold it in half and cut a slit, then fold the rectangle in half three times to form pages. Children then write their names on the first page, draw pictures on the pages to illustrate prepositions like "in", "on", and "under", and color the pictures in their mini-books.

1. Where is it?

2. Cut out the big rectangle.

3. Fold the paper in half and cut a slit
along the dashed line.

4. Fold the rectangle in half three times.

5. Fold the paper lengthwise there will be
an empty space in the centre.

6. Hold two ends of the paper and push and fold
until a book is formed. Front cover is number
1 with the title “Where is it?”

7. o The children write their names on page 1.
o They draw pictures on pages to illustrate the sentences and write the
prepositions IN, ON, UNDER.
o The children colour all the pictures in their minibooks.
