11.  On 31 July 2015 the AgroFreshPark Poland
Consortium emerged with the signing of a
Covenant “AgroFreshPark Poland” by the Dutch
Ministries of ForeignAffairs and EconomicAffairs,
represented by the Netherlands EnterpriseAgency
(RVO) and a consortium of companies
 The consortium’s intention is to develop an
agrifood cluster in Central Poland under the name
of AgroFreshPark, the name referring to its Dutch
benchmark projects AgriportA7 and Fresh Park
Venlo.

12. AgroFreshPark Poland will consist of three related but
functionally, different sectors, i.e.:
I. FreshPark, a business park for transport/logistics
(cross-docking), storage, trade, packaging and
processing of fresh produce.
II. AgroPark, an area reserved for large-scale greenhouse
production with all its supporting infrastructure.
III. Services Park, providing services for facility, estate and
utility management, as well as training and
educational services, marketing, demonstration,
technology promotion, Research & Development.
