Kingdom principles for use in religious and non religious contexts.
God is restoring busy restoring you, how well that process is going depends om how willing you are to learn. Willingness to learn is all about how we choose to respond to key moments in our lives. Note the use of the word process, our lives being restored into the perfect image is a process. We sometimes have this all or nothing approach to our walk with the Lord. In our desire to be God’s perfect children we forget that it is a lifelong process of learning and think if I can’t do it perfectly then I am a failure and give up. We may feel challenged to pray and then respond by promising to pray 5 hours a day, a promise that lasts all of 2 days and then we fail, feel miserable and actually end up praying less than before. Real lasting change happens as we learn to respond to key moments in the appropriate way. It is so easy to overreact or underreact to a key moment, therefore it helps to have certain basic practices in place in our lives so that we maximize opportunities. We understand that in academic learning discipline is required but often when it comes to spiritual learning we think that the less disciplined we are the better. What are the key disciplines you have in place to maximize your learning. Video Clip: Gru on a date
