How does mobility differ in organizations with innovative
career paths?
Student response
Organizations with innovative career paths utilize alternative
mobility paths to maximize employees’ contributions to the
organization. Employees of those organizations are typically
educated in technical advancements and can be utilized within
various units within an organization. They are used in different
capacities which contribute to the overall goal of the
organization. The alternative mobility path has a focus on team
concepts of collaboration and the sharing of ideas.
