Company’s Overview




   • The Company was founded 43 years ago by Fábio Rossi, focused in the primary market,
   with a sales force of over 550 independent brokers;

   • It
      is currently one of the largest real estate brokers of the Metropolitan Region of São
   Paulo, and is in the 6th place in the Embraesp ranking of 07M11.

   • Itaplan provides consulting services to developers, analysing from land viability to
   product format;

   • Acquisition of 51% of the brokerage business with a base value of R$ 29.2 million;
   • No compete commitment from the partner after leaving, provided in the contract;
   • CrediPronto! now holds exclusivity for all mortgages loan from LPS Itaplan, expanding its
   platform to expand in this market.
