                 Dinh Vu Industrial Zone is an integral part of Dinh Vu Peninsula Economic
    Area
                 Project, consisting of following developments
                  •    Industrial Zone:               945 ha
                  •    Port zone:                      130 ha
                  •    Residential/Commercial zone: 65 ha




                            2 – Location and regional relation


Hanoi center     102 km
 (Capital of
  Vietnam)


    Road         Direct linked with highway No. 5 road and new expressway of 100m, linking
                 DVIZ with other important national roads such road No.18 going to Quang
                 Ninh, road No. 10 going to Thai Binh and Nam Dinh, as well as, highway No. 1
                 to the South.


                 20,000 DWT Dinh Vu General port inside the industrial zone
  Seaports
                 10,000 DWT and 20,000 DWT liquid jetties inside the industrial zone to serve
                 petrochemical clients.
                 3 km from existing Haiphong port, biggest port in the Northern part of

                      Close to Lach Huyen Deep sea port of 80,000 DWT, starting construction by
                      2011.


       Airport        15 minutes from Cat bi airport

                      2.5 hours from Noi Bai airport


      Railway         Directly linked with future international railway network Haiphong – Hanoi –
                      Laocai – Kunming in China. This network design is under process.


                                          3 – Infrastructure


                      Phase 1 of 164 ha: completed
 Construction plan
                      Second phase of 378 ha: Stage 1 of 30 ha is available for lease, other stages
                      are under construction.
                      Remaining area: shall be developed subject to phase 2 and other
                      conditions
                      20,000 DWT liquid Jetty is under construction and expected to be
                      operational by the end of 2010.


   Power supply       Operational Power station : 126 MVA

                      Central power station: 500 MVA, stage 1 of 250 MVA is operational


   Water supply       12,500 m3/day (40,000 m3/day upon full development)


Telecommunication     2000 lines are designed for the whole area. ADSL, internet service is
                      available.


   Internal traffic   Main road: 68 meter roads; Secondary road: 34, 31 meter; Lot road: 15 meter


  Fire prevention     270 m3/hour


 Construction ratio   70% of leased land area; 30% for green and parking area


                                         4 – Tax incentives


Tenants in the zone can enjoy tax incentives applied for economic zone:


Corporate Income      * 10% for 15 years, 25% thereafter

   Waste water        to be specified in the Utilities contract

  Environments        Waste water: tenant has to pretreated waster water to level imposed by
  requirement         DVIZ before discharging into common system.

                      Other standards like noise, dust, etc: follow Vietnamese standards
