now and who is most affected?
I think there are too many poor people live in this place, the poor people
should read books and have more access to education and improve their skills
in order to change the overall appearance of the area.
6. What are the good things about living there for you, your family and the people you
know?
I like Cabbage town festival. In its 39th year, the Cabbage town Festival of the
Arts celebrates Cabbage town’s diversity by giving attendees an opportunity to
purchase items from local artists. The free festival features pottery, paintings,

need and deserve? (If so, describe whom, what the issues are, and what you think
needs to be done to address the issues.
I think the Chinese elders have a social problem, because the elderly do not
understand English, and afraid to go outside contact with the community. So, The
community should organize more activities, the elderly should need go to class
learn English, they also change the concept of trying to adapt to society.

professionals such as lawyers, management consultants and those in
financial services.

gone well? What have the challenges been?
I have held the elderly Chinese New Year party. The elderly are very happy,

I have a sense of belonging in my neighbourhood. I like join party, I like
speak to people, Sometime I go to 200 Wellesley communities center join
activities.
12.What kinds of programs and services do you and your family use? Could these be
improved and if so, in what ways?
I and my family join LINC programs. I think LINC programs need teach daily
English to help people easy adapt to society.

boards.
So, my friend joins in this program help his children learning English and do
homework.
15.If so, please describe them. What kinds of information and other things would you
need and want in order to get started?
