If you have active voice mail service on your VoIP phone line, and you are absent, the caller party can leave a message for you. If you use call blocking servcie, the VoIP PBX block calls form all or specific telephone numbers. If a calling party make a call to a called party which is otherwise busy , and the called party has the call waiting service enable on VoIP PBX , the called party is able to suspend the current telephone calland switch to the new incoming call . If you have call forwarding service enabled the VoIP PBX forward calls from all or specific telephone numbers to third party phone number.
