 But it is not an easy task to
implement new strategies and
techniques through education
and training.
Why our Employees don´t learn
Introduction
 Some employees don’t care
to learn from others,
because:
 They are too proud to
learn.
 They aren’t willing to
admit or see they have
anything to learn.

01. People don´t think they need to learn anything
 Some employees have
assumed they had all the
answers already that is why
they are not interested in
learning more.
 Many times they don’t think
they need to know anything
new, because they don’t see
enough problem with what
they already know.

02. People don´t know they need to learn anything
 This is a hard one for
companies to accept, but it’s
actually quite common.
 It could be a relational issue,
a positional issue or it might
simply be a personality clash,
but for whatever reason, it
keeps them from desiring to
learn from our company.

03. People don´t want to learn from you
 There’s nothing wrong with this, as
long as our employees remain
teachable.
 It is important to bear in mind that
some of the best lessons in life come
from trying something and
succeeding or failing.
 If they aren’t being arrogant, give
them the freedom to explore
independent of your company
teachings.
