We came together in July 2013 and over the years, we have had great track-
records deals that we are extremely proud of.
 Co-lead counsel in two landmark infrastructure arbitration cases in Hong Kong with a lawsuit of USD
500 million at stake (ICC rules).
 Co-counsel to Management Authority for Urban Railways (MAUR) for Metro line 2 (Ben Thanh –
Tham Luong) with the total estimated project cost of USD1,2billion.
 Advised Hoa Binh on a major USD Saigon Center project, Phase 2 & 3, located in the heart of Ho
Chi Minh Business Central District. The estimate for the two packages is USD 1 billion.
 Advised Hoa Binh on Vietinbank Tower, located in Cipucha, Ha Noi, Vietnam with the contract
estimated value of USD 120 million.
 Advised and successfully represented a renowned USA investor in a tax dispute with Vietnam
Customs Authority, replying on the new commitment by the Vietnamese government to WTO rules.
 Advised a subsidiary to Ben Thanh Group on an assignment of a Master Lease Agreement for the
whole building in Vung Tau City, Vietnam with hundred million USD contract value.
