construction and commercial activities in Vietnam.

Ms. Anh graduated with a degree in commercial law in 2010 at HCMC University of Law, and has successfully
completed lawyer training program at the Judicial Academy of HCMC, and presently is lawyer of Ho Chi Minh
Bar Associate.
Before joining CNC in 2013, Ms. Anh practiced laws at Viet Long Thang (VLT lawyers) for five years, and
previously worked as legal counsel at Vietsun Laws. Ms. Anh is well qualified to provide legal advice on a
variety of range, including corporate and M&A, investment activities, labour, and contracts.

Nguyen Huu Hung is a high-energy, detail-oriented lawyer in legal service for project development. He is well-

We came together in July 2013 and over the years, we have had great track-
records deals that we are extremely proud of.
Co-lead counsel in two landmark infrastructure arbitration cases in Hong Kong with a lawsuit of USD
500 million at stake (ICC rules).
Co-counsel to Management Authority for Urban Railways (MAUR) for Metro line 2 (Ben Thanh –
Tham Luong) with the total estimated project cost of USD1,2billion.
Advised Hoa Binh on a major USD Saigon Center project, Phase 2 & 3, located in the heart of Ho
Chi Minh Business Central District. The estimate for the two packages is USD 1 billion.
Advised Hoa Binh on Vietinbank Tower, located in Cipucha, Ha Noi, Vietnam with the contract
estimated value of USD 120 million.
Advised and successfully represented a renowned USA investor in a tax dispute with Vietnam
Customs Authority, replying on the new commitment by the Vietnamese government to WTO rules.
Advised a subsidiary to Ben Thanh Group on an assignment of a Master Lease Agreement for the
whole building in Vung Tau City, Vietnam with hundred million USD contract value.
