Kent Chong is the Senior Foreign Lawyer of
PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal (“PwC Legal”) in
Taiwan. He is qualified to practice law in Australia and
is a Registered Foreign Lawyer approved by the Ministry
of Justice, Taiwan. Kent joined PwC Legal in 2008 and in
the last 3 years, Kent was working in the Sydney office.
Kent specialises in cross-border acquisitions, disposals,
joint-ventures and restructurings. He has over 10
years of experience advising both Greater China
and international clients on complex cross-border
acquisitions and restructuring transactions in Asia,
Europe and the US. He has often been called upon by
clients to solve complex legal issues and to act as lead
legal counsel to deliver multi-jurisdictional legal services.
Kent is noted for his ability to navigate clients through complex transactions and to provide
prompt, pragmatic and commercially oriented legal advice to clients.
Kent is working alongside with Ross Yang, Partner. Both are experienced lawyers specialised in

TRW’s Global Body Control Systems
business has nearly 6,000 employees at 16
locations in 11 countries and 11 sales and
engineering offices in 5 different countries.
PwC Legal is the lead counsel advising
Luxshare on all legal aspects of the
transaction, including managing and
coordinating counsels from 10 jurisdictions
(Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain,
Poland, US, Mexico, Turkey, UK and
