of high profile and noteworthy successful projects and matters.
Most recently, we worked with CBRE Real Estate Consultants to achieve a Melbourne strata record
deal in the $8 million sale and leaseback of prominent Melbourne barrister Robert Richter’s ‘Crockett
Chambers’ to investor Bernie Bialkower – an achievement which has garnered much media attention.
We have also advised clients in the purchase of other significant business ventures, such as a United
Petroleum franchise and Novatel Telecommunications Pty Ltd, to name a few.
As part of our full serviceability model, we also act for a client based in China, who is involved in
a multi-million dollar interstate Supreme Court proceeding against Westpac Banking Corporation
involving allegations of international money laundering.
Finally, our DE Finance division has procured, on the higher end of the spectrum, multi-million dollar
finance deals for a number of high level commercial clients including a Bayside medical practice and
